Annual Dues Notification

Hello Ruby Forest Residents,

The mailer from ACS with the annual meeting notice and board election materials did not include the yearly dues invoice. A reference to this invoice was mistakenly included in the board materials. You will receive a second letter from ACS' billing service sometime soon that will include this dues invoice.

Dues remained the same amount this year and the payment schedule will remain on the same, payment due by May 1st, 2023.
