UPDATE
As highlighted at the May 2025 HOA Annual Meeting, we are starting an effort to update the Ruby Forest Covenants to include more robust Rental Restrictions in an effort to limit landlords who are not invested in the long term integrity of our community. We need 2/3rds member approval to perform this update and would appreciate your support.

Your Chance to Get Involved
HOA BOARD MEETING
The Ruby Forest HOA Board would like to invite residents to join our monthly HOA Board meeting on Wednesday, June 18th at 6:30pm in the Ruby Forest Clubhouse. The first 30 minutes of the meeting are allocated for the homeowner's forum. Residents are encouraged to attend.

JULY 4th POOL PARTY and BIKE PARADE
Join us at the annual Ruby Forest “4th of July” Celebration at the pool on Thursday, July 4th from 11am – 3pm. There will be food, games, and prizes at this popular event.
Food will be served from 12pm – 2pm (RFHOA is providing BBQ from City Barbeque to HOA Members)
Our annual Bike and Golf Cart Parade down Treemont Lane kicks off the event with participants gathering on Treemont Trace at 11am. The parade will be followed by a flag raising ceremony at the front of the clubhouse. Decorate your bike, scooter and yourself in Red, White and Blue!!!
