Rita's Italian Ice

Ruby Forest is bringing some local Food Trucks to the Clubhouse parking lot this spring to provide our residents with an opportunity to Dine-in-Place. The first on the list is Rita's Italian Ice. The truck will be on site on Wednesday from 5pm to 6pm to serve some frozen desserts. Come on out to enjoy a sweet treat, support our local franchises, and help insure we can host more trucks in the future.
