Sugar Hill Developments

Even though Ruby Forest is in the Suwanee city limits, we shouldn't neglect the news from our neighbor to the North - Sugar Hill. Exciting developments are currently underway in downtown Sugar Hill, as the city is actively constructing the E Center @ Sugar Hill. Set beside The Bowl on West Broad Street, this new mixed use development will feature a large multi-sport gymnasium and a 387-seat community theater surrounded by commercial space for restaurants, retail, and offices.
