I'm a member - why isn't everyone a member?

Solution Ruby Forest is only 1 of 3 non-Mandatory neighborhoods in the area, out of the 28 area neighborhoods surveyed in 2003. What does that mean for us?

The more members we have, the more we can compete with and keep up with our neighbors' home values. Also, the more members we have, the less fees we would need for equivalent neighborhood upkeep and management - it makes it more affordable the more members we have.

Please, if you know any non-member resident, ask them whether they realize that the value of their home is directly related to the value of the whole neighborhood - and whether $30-40 a month is worth keeping the value of their own $200,000-$300,000 home competitive with our surrounding neighbors.
