How do I pay for membership or check the status of my property?

Solution You can check the membership status of your property, as well as pay for your membership fees online, by going to:

http://www.rubyforest.net/membership/

If you'd like to pay by check or cash, create a Support Ticket by going to:

http://www.rubyforest.net/support/index.php?a=add

and use the "Membership - Payments" Category.
Include your name, property address, and contact information in the Support Ticket.

Note that *not* paying online will typically delay your membership status from being updated for 1-2 weeks. Paying online will update your membership status and allow you to receive receipts immediately - therefore, online payments are highly recommended.
