Why should I create a Support Ticket instead of emailing directly?

Solution The online Support Ticket system allows us to:

1. Put a timestamp on every reply by all related parties.
2. Allow any and all related parties to see the same set of comments, attachments, and message thread in one view.
3. Avoid delays caused by people's cluttered email boxes or inaccessible email accounts from remote locations.
4. Avoid the mistake of not including all the required people in messages from the beginning, causing people to miss important information in a conversation.
5. Avoid having too many different revisions and copies of the same document being passed around, and not being able to find the correct one.
6. Allow the HOA to quickly see which issues are taking too long, or require an update.
7. Allow residents and HOA Board/Committee members, both future and past, to be able to search through archives of past issues and their results. This helps future decisions to be made quicker, but also makes the HOA more responsible in making the right, consistent decisions everytime.

Therefore, the Support Ticket system gives us more organization, collaboration, and faster responses than the use of email - and is a much better tool for collaborating with the HOA, especially regarding Covenants.

NOTE: Any replies to a Support Ticket notifies (via email) all of those involved in that Category that a reply had been added.
