Do I need approval for any/all exterior home or yard improvements?

Solution All exterior home improvements will require approval by the Covenants Committee. These include painting of the house, deck or fence additions, roof replacement, awnings, tree removals, and other structural or visual changes to the house OR yard.

To obtain approval for your home improvements:

1. Download and fill-out the Exterior Improvements application (RF_ExteriorImprovements.pdf) from:

http://www.rubyforest.net/files

2. Scan it in and attach it to the Support Ticket you create in #3, OR FAX it to 678-935-9570.

3. Submit a Support Ticket by going to:

http://www.rubyforest.net/support/index.php?a=add

and using the "Covenants - Home Improvement Request" Category.

To speed up the process, please include as much detail as possible, including any documents and photos, in the Support ticket. If the Exterior Improvements Application was FAXed, please mention so in the Support Ticket, so that the HOA can attach it to the ticket.
