How does the HOA communicate with the residents/members?

Solution Currently, communication by the HOA is done via the following:

## Knowledgebase ## - for common and useful Questions and Answers. We will try to keep the most accurate and important FAQs here so that you can find your answers very quickly.

## Support Tickets ## - for complaints/suggestions/inquiries. This is the recommended Resident<->HOA communication method as it allows tracking, timestamping, attachments, collaborative discussions, archiving (for future reference), and avoids cluttered email for all.

## Forums (work in progress) ## - for general discussions with residents/neighbors. This is the recommended Resident<->Resident communication method as it also allows tracking, timestamping, attachments, collaborative discussions, archiving (for future reference), and avoids cluttered email for all.

## Announcements email list (work in progress) ## - an announcements-only email list for residents/neighbors. This is a list that all residents should be signed up for, as it will include general, events, and emergency announcements (i.e. crimes, warnings, etc) for the neighborhood.

To sign-up, send an email to subscribe@rubyforest.net

## Newsletters ## - This is usually a paper version of the Announcements email list with some extra information - primarily for those who do not have Internet or email access at home.
