Who runs the HOA?

Solution The current HOA Board (7) and Committees are run by volunteer residents. Most, if not all, of them work full-time jobs, part-time jobs, have family and children, and/or go to school. HOA Board and Committee members do not get any pay, or receive membership or events discounts.

The HOA has yearly elections for its Board members in May or June during its All-Resident General Meeting. Voting is allowed by members only (Full and Civic). Therefore, it's very possible that Board and Committee members differ year-after-year.

Every major decision requires a majority vote (4/7) by the HOA Board members.

Most of the Board and Committee members volunteer with one or more of the following thoughts:

1. I want to have a strong voice in where/how the finances are used.
2. I want to make sure that the value of our properties are kept competitive and maintained.
3. I want to make sure that the HOA is doing something positive for the neighborhood.
4. I want to personally and directly be involved in helping the HOA achieve any of the above.
