Membership TypesThe Ruby Forest Homeowners' Association offers two levels of membership to better serve the needs of our community. The two levels of membership and their benefits are as follows: Full (Annual Membership: $440.00) -
A key to enjoy the neighborhood pool and tennis courts at your leisure. The pool is a facility available to Ruby Forest Homeowners Association Full Members and their guests only. Please note that residents of Ruby Forest are not permitted to be "guests". The pool season is typically open from late-May until mid-September. Important: Children under the age of 18 may not enter the pool during periods without a lifeguard on duty unless accompanied by an adult. An opportunity to enjoy the tennis court facilities, which are available to Full Association members and their guests only. Please note that residents of Ruby Forest are not permitted to be "guests".An invitation to social events financially supported by Ruby Forest Homeowners’ Association. The association has been providing an average of six parties annually. With your support, we hope to increase the number of social events held.An opportunity to rent the clubhouse facility for an upcoming special event that you may have on your calendar. It is the perfect place for family gatherings, wedding receptions, graduation parties and other events..Your name will be on the list to receive information pertaining to and distributed by the Association.All Association Members are given a "voting voice" in the Association. In an actively developing neighborhood such as ours, this is important.An opportunity to become more involved in the neighborhood. At the time of registration we will be obtaining names of those members interested in participating in various committees originated by the Association’s Board of Directors. - The Association is responsible for maintaining the neighborhood facilities. Therefore, your financial support provides Ruby Forest with an esthetically pleasing neighborhood appearance that we can be proud of.
Those facilities include but are not limited to: - Cut, edge, fertilize the lawns on community property
- Trim and mulch shrubsPlant summer and winter annuals
- Maintain the gazebo at the entranceLight the entrance
- Painting of street signs and streetlights
- Maintenance, lighting, heating and cooling of club house
- Maintenance and lighting of tennis courts
- Maintenance of pool and supplying lifeguard services
Civic (Annual Membership: $110.00) - The Civic Membership would entitle your family to all of the rights and privileges of membership afforded to Full Member, excluding items pertaining to the swim and tennis facilities as defined in items one and two of the Full membership.A maximum of two Civic Members may serve on the Board at one time, giving you a voice and a vote in the community. Civic Members will be excluded from voting on issues pertaining to the swim and tennis facility as defined in items one and two of the Full Membership.
- Civic Membership funds will not be directed to support Swim and Tennis facilities.
By participating in either membership you will be fulfilling an obligation to maintain the common area in your community and protect the investment you have made in your home and neighborhood, while at the same time enjoying the many benefits of an Association Membership. It is our hope that you will seriously consider purchasing a membership.
