From the Covenants Committee...

Dear Neighbors,

As many of you may know there has been a great deal of change to the board and committees that help run the Ruby Forest HOA.  One big change is the development of the covenant committee.  This committee will be in charge of enforcing all covenants that every resident must obey, not just members.  The covenants are filed by Ruby Forest with Gwinnett County and it is everyone’s duty to follow them.  We will be strictly enforcing covenants that may have been overlooked in the past.

Issues such as, overrun yards, cars habitually parked in the street overnight, making painting/structural changes to yards/houses without board approval, etc.  Our first action will be to notify the homeowner of the violation with time to correct the problem.  If the problem continues it will be sent to the board where further action will be taken with the homeowner.  You can find a list of covenants, and an application for approval at www.rubyforest.net/covenants
